Your contact and personal details may be kept by us for future mailings and news. If you do not wish to receive these, please let us know. You may also opt out of receiving emails at any time by contacting us. The booking process asks for your address details and phone numbers, these are required by the Local Authority so at any time we can prove you are not residents at the camp site. It also allows us to contact you should the internet fail and if we need to contact you whilst you are travelling to the campsite. Please note that your financial details are NEVER stored, nor seen, by us.

We will not pass on or sell your details to any third parties.

To secure your booking we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is then due 14 days prior to arrival. A confirmation email will be sent once we have received your payment.

The person booking is responsible for disseminating the appropriate information sent to them to others in the party. For example, these Terms and Conditions, the list of equipment that you are required to bring with you if you have not added it to your booking as part of the additions package. Site directions are given on the web site and this is to ensure they are fully aware of the nature of the Glamping site, health and safety issues, the wider farm land and woodland, the facilities and appropriate clothing/footwear you will require.

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights. If any members of your party are only staying for the night, then our minimum 2 nights stay policy still applies.

Payment is taken either via the web site or bank transfer. Payment is taken in UK Pounds Sterling only.

Changes To Your Booking

A further deposit of £70 per booking is taken before your booking date for the safe return of the lodge and pod keys and gate key fob and that no damage occurs to the Hot Tubs during your stay. This is required to secure against damages, anti-social behaviour or any additional cleaning. This is refunded on your departure all being well. Broken or missing items form your stay will be deducted from your deposit payment. An itemised list will be provided and if the damage or missing items excides your deposit amount, we reserve the right to charge the additional after your stay.

The Glamping Holiday site is considered to be a quiet area and we do ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.30pm out of courtesy to other guests and the residents on the site. If there are any complaints about your behaviour you will be given one warning. If you continue, then you will be asked to leave the site and you will lose your deposit. No refund will be given.

If cancellation is made 8 weeks prior to arrival, then the paid sum will not be refunded. It can be held over to another date, subject to availability later in the year or the following year. If this option is taken there will be a £25.00 handling charge.
